PURPOSE

WestTerra's goal:  To provide the highest quality of comprehensive appraisal and consulting services possible to its diverse clientele.  Senior appraisers are members of the Appraisal Institute, holding either the MAI designation or advanced candidate status, and abide by its Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice.  Staff members have been qualified in federal and district courts, as well as bankruptcy court, and frequently testify on a wide range of subjects.
